"Don't Lose Courtesy Pay"


Due to recent changes in legislation (Regulation E), we are required to have all customers opt-in to receive/keep Courtesy Pay on their ATM/Debit Card Transactions.  If you do not contact us or return the authorzation form, you will be unable to access Courtesy pay through your debit card.

This program benefits you by allowing us to cover your unexpected expenses, so that you are still able to pay for groceries, gasoline or a needed prescription.  In addition it also saves you the embarrassment of having your purchases decline.  These examples, along with many others, are reasons for utilizing this safety net and reasons it should remain available to you and your family.
You can opt-in to the Courtesy Pay Program by:

1. Printing an authorization form and mailing it to us.
2. Visiting a Unico Bank branch.
3. Calling 573-438-5421 or 870-236-1700

If you do not contact us or return the form, you will be unable to access Courtesy Pay through your debit card until you opt-in.
